Hazeltons

The Hazeltons have been the home of the Gitksan and Wet'suwet'en people for centuries.  Our resource rich area has nurtured vital Northwest Coast Native cultures for over 8000 years and they have used the Hazelton area as the centre of residence and commerce.

Attractions: 'Ksan Native Village and Museum is world renowned for its heritage site.  While in the Hazelton area stop by at one of the eight scenic Native villages to catch a glimpse of one of the 50 totem poles still standing.

Visit "Old Town" Hazelton which is an authentic frontier community with a walking tour of antique machinery displays, heritage sites, museums and much more.
